We are seeking an experienced

SAP Functional BRIM Specialist – FI-CA with robust expertise in SAP BRIM and Contract Accounts Receivable &

- Payable (FI-CA). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA BRIM implementations, financial integrations, Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, and high-volume transaction environments. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable billing and financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP FI-CA processes including payments, dunning, collections, interest calculation, and open item management.

- Design and implement functional solutions integrating FI-CA with SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) and SAP Finance (General Ledger).

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.

- Support and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

- Collaborate with technical teams on custom developments, integrations, BRF+ rules, and enhancements.

- Support data migration activities, including data mapping, conversion, reconciliation, and validation.

- Develop functional test scenarios, execute SIT/UAT testing, and resolve functional defects.

- Provide production support by monitoring payment processing, dunning runs, billing activities, and batch jobs.

- Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and test documentation.

- Work closely with Billing, Finance, CRM, Integration, and Technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BRIM with strong expertise in SAP FI-CA.

- Minimum one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA BRIM implementation.

- Interest Calculation

- Contract Account Management

- Experience integrating SAP FI-CA with:

- SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)

- SAP Finance (General Ledger)

- Experience working in high-volume transaction processing environments.

- Strong understanding of data migration, validation, testing (SIT/UAT), and production support.

- Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira for Agile project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with BRF+, Event Framework, and Correspondence Configuration.

- Experience integrating financial systems including:

- Lockbox

- ACH

- Bank Statements

- Payment Gateways

- Experience in Utilities, Telecommunications, Tolling, or other usage-based billing industries.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL/ITSM processes.

- SAP S/4HANA BRIM or SAP FI-CA certification is preferred.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
