Role Overview :

As an SAP FPSL Consultant specializing in Core Banking (HCOB), you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and optimization of financial sub-ledger solutions for our enterprise clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and technical architects, to translate complex financial requirements into robust SAP configurations. Your daily contributions will ensure the seamless integration of banking operations with financial reporting, directly impacting the accuracy and reliability of our clients' core financial systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize SAP FPSL modules to align with specific core banking requirements, ensuring accurate financial data processing for stakeholders.




- Perform complex debugging and troubleshooting of existing SAP code to resolve system bottlenecks and maintain high performance across financial platforms.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and refine ABAP programs that support custom banking functionalities and reporting needs.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for system improvement, providing technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Document technical specifications and system configurations to ensure long-term maintainability and knowledge transfer within the project team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP FPSL and Core Banking (HCOB) architecture, with the ability to manage end-to-end implementation cycles.
- Strong proficiency in ABAP programming, specifically regarding the development and modification of custom reports and interfaces.
- Proven ability to perform deep-dive debugging and root cause analysis to resolve critical system issues in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a team-oriented team setting.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, combined with 4 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- High adaptability to diverse work environments, with the capability to deliver results across our Pune, Hyderabad, and Gurgaon locations.
