Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fiori & CAPM Developer to design, develop, and implement cloud-native applications using the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM)

and SAP Fiori/UI5 . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP HANA Cloud, OData services, and full-stack application development.

This role involves building scalable enterprise applications, integrating SAP and non-SAP systems, and collaborating with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5 and Fiori Elements.
- Develop cloud-native applications using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM).
- Build backend services using Node.js or Java within the CAP framework.
- Develop and expose OData V2/V4 services using CAPM.
- Design and develop CDS (Core Data Services) data models.
- Deploy and manage applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
- Integrate applications with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security using SAP XSUAA and Identity Authentication Service (IAS).
- Develop responsive user interfaces using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Fiori Design Guidelines.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, deployments, and production support.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical design discussions.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of SAP development experience.




- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with SAP CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model).
- Strong experience in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and Fiori Elements.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry environment).
- Experience developing CAP applications using Node.js or Java.
- Strong knowledge of CDS (Core Data Services) modeling.
- Experience building and consuming OData V2/V4 services.
- Experience with SAP HANA Cloud and SQL.
- Strong understanding of SAP Fiori Launchpad and Launchpad Service.
- Experience integrating SAP applications using REST APIs, OData, and SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
- Knowledge of SAP Build Apps and SAP Build Process Automation.
- Experience with SAP Work Zone.
- Exposure to SAP Mobile Services.
- SAP Fiori or SAP BTP certification.
