SAP FICO Consultant – S/4HANA

Location: Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with S/4HANA expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, support, or migration projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules in SAP S/4HANA.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Work on end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Perform integration with SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, PS, and PM.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments.
- Support testing activities, user training, and post-go-live stabilization.




- Analyze and resolve production issues while ensuring system performance and compliance.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in SAP FICO.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA .
- Strong expertise in SAP FI and/or CO configuration.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, migration, or AMS/support projects.
- Knowledge of Financial Closing, Current GL, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), and Asset Accounting.
- Experience in integration with MM, SD, PP, or PS modules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA conversion or migration projects.
- Knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN), FSCM, Group Reporting, or Fiori applications.
- SAP S/4HANA certification is an added advantage.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field.
- SAP Certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
