SAP FICO Consultant

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling).

Hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.

Good knowledge of Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

Experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.

Strong understanding of financial closing processes and reporting.

Knowledge of SAP FICO integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.

Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance setting.

Ability to analyze business requirements and provide effective solutions.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience in FSCM, Treasury, or COPA.

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Migration projects.

Exposure to SAP Fiori applications.

Basic SAP ABAP debugging knowledge.

Experience working in support and implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities





Gather and analyze business requirements related to Finance and Controlling processes.

Configure and support SAP FICO solutions.

Manage financial accounting and controlling processes within SAP.

Work closely with business users to resolve issues and optimize processes.

Perform testing, documentation, and user support activities.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and integrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Candidate Profile

4+ years of SAP FICO functional experience.

Strong understanding of Finance and Controlling business processes.

Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
