- Identify test scope for each change in SAP FICO/FICA
- Plan, track, manage, and report status of project deliverables
- Ensure testing process is defined and adhered to
- Handle SAP FICO/FICA area independently
- Plan end-to-end testing deliverables with team
- Maintain testing artifacts in JIRA
- Coordinate different stakeholders
- Conduct daily status meetings
- Follow up on open issues with stakeholders
- Define and develop comprehensive test plans for SAP modules
- Mentor team members in creating test scripts
- Lead end-to-end test execution across Unit, System Integration, Regression Testing phases
- Partner with Test Automation Engineers to convert manual test scripts to automated tests
- Collaborate with functional team to translate business needs into test scripts
- Track and document defects using defect management tools




- Participate in defect triage meetings
- Provide updates on testing progress, risks, and defect status to Test Managers and stakeholders
- Validate GL transactions, reconciliations, month/year-end close, and reporting in SAP
- Collaborate with FICO/FICA consultants, business users, and other SAP workstreams for integrated testing
- Support data migration validation, cutover activities, and post-go-live hypercare testing
- Document test results and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Review functional specifications, process flows, and business requirements for RTR modules
- Design and develop test scenarios, cases, and scripts for SAP RTR processes
