Role Overview :

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will serve as a critical bridge between complex business requirements and technical SAP solutions. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing financial and controlling processes within the S/4 HANA environment.

Working closely with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders, you will ensure that financial systems are not only compliant and accurate but also drive strategic business insights. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of financial reporting and the overall digital maturity of our clients' organizational workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize SAP FI and CO modules to align with specific client business processes and regulatory requirements.
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, managing the lifecycle from blueprinting and realization to final deployment and hyper-care support.




- Analyze existing financial workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement S/4 HANA-based improvements that enhance system performance and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and interfaces.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex financial issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high system availability for end-users.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for key stakeholders to facilitate smooth system adoption and operational transition.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP FI and CO modules, with a deep understanding of integration points with SD, MM, and PP modules.
- Proven ability to navigate S/4 HANA environments, including the configuration of Universal Journal and New Asset Accounting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial business needs into scalable technical configurations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for managing client expectations and coordinating with diverse project teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office setting in Bangalore, balancing independent project delivery with team-based collaboration.
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementations and support roles.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, complemented by a solid understanding of global financial accounting standards.
