Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on Head ERP Systems (Odoo) to lead the successful adoption and continuous improvement of our Odoo ERP across the organization. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that the ERP is implemented effectively, business processes are standardized, data is accurate and reliable, and management receives timely, meaningful, and actionable reports.

The ideal candidate will work closely with every department to identify process gaps, improve workflows, ensure disciplined system usage, and make Odoo the single source of truth for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end ERP implementation and ensure all modules are adopted effectively across departments.
- Review existing business processes and simplify, standardize, and automate them through Odoo.
- Ensure that all departments enter complete, timely, and accurate data into the ERP system.
- Establish data governance standards and regularly audit the quality and accuracy of master and transactional data.
- Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and KPI reports that provide management with reliable, real-time business insights.
- Monitor ERP usage across departments and ensure compliance with defined processes and SOPs.
- Identify bottlenecks in production, procurement, inventory, sales, finance, and warehouse operations, and implement ERP-driven improvements.




- Coordinate with department heads to resolve process issues and continuously improve operational efficiency.
- Lead user training programs and ensure employees understand and follow ERP workflows correctly.
- Define and monitor KPIs related to ERP adoption, data quality, reporting accuracy, and process compliance.
- Work with internal teams and external Odoo partners to implement recent features, customizations, and integrations as required.
- Ensure that reports generated from Odoo accurately reflect business performance and support informed decision-making.
- Lead periodic ERP audits to identify process gaps, duplicate data, missing transactions, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build a culture of accountability, where business decisions are driven by accurate and timely ERP data.
