Role Description The SAP Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting SAP modules relevant to logistics, warehousing, and packaging operations, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, validation, and reporting. Daily tasks include monitoring transactional data, resolving system issues, coordinating with operations and finance teams, and maintaining master data integrity. The role involves generating and analyzing SAP-based reports, supporting process improvements, assisting in user training, and collaborating with IT for enhancements or upgrades.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close interaction with cross-functional teams to support smooth operational workflows and compliance with internal standards.

Qualifications

Solid hands-on experience with SAP modules relevant to logistics, warehousing, and inventory management (e.g., MM, SD, WM, or similar), with the ability to manage day-to-day transactions and resolve system issues.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using SAP tools and MS Excel, including creating and interpreting operational and management reports.

Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and warehousing processes, with the ability to align SAP configurations and workflows to business requirements.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, support end users, conduct basic training, and communicate clearly with operations and management.

Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a structured approach to documentation, testing, and process improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; SAP certification or formal SAP training is an advantage.

Prior experience in a logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environment is preferred, especially in an on-site operational setting.

Willingness to work full time on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to dynamic operational requirements and timelines.
