Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in India and focuses on providing SAP EHS Regulatory consulting services to MARICI Solutions’ clients. The SAP EHS Regulatory Consultant will configure and maintain SAP EHS modules to support regulatory compliance, product safety, and environmental, health, and safety processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, designing and implementing solutions, preparing regulatory reports and documentation, and ensuring adherence to global and local regulations.

The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams,



support for system testing and user training, and ongoing optimization of EHS processes. The consultant will also participate in issue resolution, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge sharing across projects.

Qualifications

Strong SAP EHS knowledge, including configuration, integration with related SAP modules, and support of regulatory compliance processes.

Experience with regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., product safety, chemical regulations, environmental and occupational health and safety requirements).

Skills in business analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation for EHS and regulatory processes.

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, manage expectations, communicate clearly, and provide user training and support.

Comfort with testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of SAP EHS solutions in complex client environments.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, information technology, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.

Prior consulting or project implementation experience, preferably in EHS or regulatory domains.

Proficiency in English; additional regional language skills are beneficial.
