Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP CX Sales Cloud (C4C) Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the SAP Customer Experience ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in SAP C4C technical development, SAP Backend and Frontend technologies, cloud integrations, and modern web application development. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions while supporting global stakeholders across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements in SAP CX Sales Cloud (C4C).

Develop scalable solutions using SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, React, GoLang, GraphQL, Python, and PostgreSQL.

Customize SAP C4C using SDK, Business Objects (BOs), Business Object Extensions (XBOs), ABSL scripting, and PDI development.

Design and develop reusable components and technical solutions aligned with business requirements.

Develop and consume OData, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and other integration services.

Integrate SAP C4C with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite, third-party applications, and external platforms.

Perform application troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.

Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, business analysts, and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and team productivity.

Work closely with stakeholders located in the US and Germany,



providing support across flexible working hours.

Required Skills

7+ years of software development experience with at least 4 years in SAP CX Sales Cloud (C4C) Technical development.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Strong SAP Backend and Frontend development experience.

Expertise in SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, and React.

Experience with GoLang, GraphQL, Python, and PostgreSQL.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

Ability to independently design and develop assigned modules.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Skills

Functional knowledge of SAP C4C Sales Cloud.

Experience with SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite (CPI).

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.

Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform services.

SAP CX Sales Cloud certification is preferred.
