We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to support ECC to S/4HANA transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in SAP data migration tools, ETL processes, data quality management, and end-to-end migration activities, ensuring accurate and seamless data transition from legacy SAP ECC systems to SAP S/4HANA. Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute end-to-end data migration activities for SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA implementations. Design, develop, and execute data migration objects using SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM/DMC). Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from SAP ECC and legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA.

Perform data profiling, cleansing, deduplication, and validation to ensure high-quality data migration. Define field mappings, transformation rules, and manage migration templates. Migrate both Master Data and Transactional Data while ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Build and maintain ETL workflows, perform preload and post-load validations, and troubleshoot migration issues. Collaborate with functional consultants, business users,



and technical teams to gather requirements and resolve migration challenges. Support data reconciliation, testing, and cutover activities during project execution.

Skills:

Technical Mandatory Skills

Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC / LTMOM / DMC)

LSMW experience for legacy data migration (Optional)

Experience working with SAP HANA Studio and SQL for HANA

Solid expertise in ETL development and orchestration

Data Management Skills

Experience in data profiling, defining data quality rules, deduplication, and data cleansing

Ability to perform field mapping, manage templates, and apply transformation rules

Hands‑on experience in master and transactional data migration

Capability to build ETL jobs, extract data from ECC, transform it, and perform preload/post‑load validation

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
