? We're Hiring | Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Engineer

? Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

? Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 Days/Week)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade MDM solutions while building scalable data integration pipelines. If you have robust hands-on expertise in MDM platforms, data engineering, and enterprise data integration, we'd love to connect!

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise MDM solutions.
- Lead end-to-end MDM implementation projects from design to production support.
- Configure data models, match & merge logic, survivorship rules, hierarchies, and workflows.
- Develop scalable batch and real-time data pipelines.
- Integrate MDM with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and cloud applications.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes.
- Implement data quality, profiling, cleansing, and governance practices.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance MDM and integration processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership.





Mandatory Skills ✅ 8–10 years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on MDM implementation

✅ Experience with one or more MDM platforms:

- Informatica MDM
- Reltio
- Semarchy xDM
- SAP MDG
- IBM InfoSphere MDM
- Profisee

✅ Strong expertise in:
- Enterprise Data Pipelines
- SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- ETL/ELT Tools (Informatica PowerCenter, Talend, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Apache NiFi)
- Data Modeling & Data Quality
- REST APIs & Web Services
- Python / Java / Scala
- Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Git, CI/CD & DevOps Practices

Good to Have

- Apache Spark
- Kafka
- Databricks
- Data Governance Tools
- Agile/Scrum
- MDM or Cloud Certifications

? Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
