Job Title : SAP CPI Lead / SAP Integration Suite Lead

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP CPI Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Platform Integration - CPI).

The candidate will be responsible for architecting integration solutions between SAP and non-SAP applications, leading a team of integration consultants, driving best practices, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP CPI/Integration Suite implementation projects.
- Design integration architecture for SAP and third-party applications.
- Develop and review complex iFlows, message mappings, value mappings, and reusable integration components.
- Build integrations using REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, JDBC, SFTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Salesforce, and other adapters.
- Develop Groovy scripts, XSLT, and Java mappings for complex transformation requirements.
- Configure and manage SAP Cloud Connector, API Management, and Integration Suite services.
- Define security standards including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, certificates, and PGP encryption.
- Perform performance tuning, monitoring, exception handling, and troubleshooting.
- Lead technical design workshops and interact with business stakeholders and solution architects.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish development standards.
- Manage deployments, transport management, release planning, and production support.
- Prepare technical documentation, interface specifications, and solution design documents.
- Support estimations, proposal creation, and pre-sales activities when required.

Required Technical Skills :





- Strong experience in SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
- Expertise in SAP BTP services.
- Integration with : SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP IBP, SAP MDG, Salesforce, and other cloud and on-premise applications.
- Solid knowledge of : REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, OData Services, IDoc, RFC/BAPI, JDBC, and SFTP.
- Hands-on experience with : Groovy scripting, XML, JSON, XSLT, Message Mapping, Value Mapping, and Content Modifier.
- Experience with : API Management, Event-driven integrations, SAP Cloud Connector, and OAuth, JWT, SSL Certificates.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies is preferred.

Leadership Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of SAP CPI developers and consultants.
- Review solution designs and code quality.
- Coordinate with functional consultants, architects, and customer stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring.
- Participate in architecture governance and design reviews.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- SAP Integration Suite/CPI Certification preferred.
- SAP BTP Certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills :

- SAP PI/PO migration to SAP CPI.
- API-led integration architecture.
- Event Mesh and asynchronous messaging.
- DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP integration.
- Experience with global rollout projects and multi-country implementations.
