– SAP PM Consultant (S/4HANA & Fiori)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori. The ideal candidate should possess in‑depth knowledge of end‑to‑end plant maintenance processes, strong analytical skills, and experience supporting implementation and rollout projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in SAP S/4HANA PM implementation and rollout projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, go‑live, and hyper‑care support.
- Analyze business requirements and design effective PM solutions aligned with maintenance strategies and operational needs.
- Perform hands‑on configuration in SAP PM across key process areas such as:
- Maintenance notifications
- Breakdown, planned & preventive maintenance
- Maintenance orders & order settlement
- Task lists & maintenance plans
- Equipment, functional locations, class/characteristics
- Refurbishment processes
- Measurement points & counters
- Calibration processes (if applicable)
- Support integration with MM (spare parts procurement), FICO (settlements), PP (maintenance during production), and EWM/IM (spare parts inventory).
- Manage data migration activities for PM master data objects (equipment, FLOCs, task lists, maintenance plans).
- Conduct Functional Unit Testing (FUT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).




- Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFW).
- Troubleshoot SAP PM issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
- Deliver user training sessions, prepare training materials, SOPs, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational maintenance standards and audit requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional support teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP PM with strong exposure to S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
- Must have completed 1–2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA PM implementation projects.
- Strong functional expertise in:
- Preventive & corrective maintenance
- Maintenance planning & scheduling
- Breakdown analysis and reporting
- Maintenance order execution & settlements
- PM master data management
- Solid understanding of integration with MM, FI/CO, PP, and warehouse systems (IM/EWM) .
- Experience in:
- Business process analysis & improvement
- Data migration and cutover execution
- SAP PM customizing and functional design
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage complex support issues.
- Robust documentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams in fast‑paced project environments.
