Skill: SAP BW/4HANA & Native HANA

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of complex, scalable data models using BW/4HANA Advanced DSO (aDSOs), Composite Providers, and Open ODS Views based on LSA++ principles
- Lead the design and development of complex Native HANA information models using Calculation Views (Graphical/Script-based, Star Join) and Stored Procedures
- Develop, debug, and optimize advanced stored procedures, table functions, and scalar functions using HANA SQL Script to implement complex business logic
- Build and maintain end-to-end data flows from SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP sources using ODP-enabled extractors and CDS views




- Implement data integration from SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP sources to Native HANA using BODS and SDA
- Perform performance tuning using PlanViz and SQL Analyzer to optimize HANA models, reducing query time and memory usage
- Coordinate with the security team on roles and privileges (analytic, structured, package), and manage transport of BW/4HANA and HANA models using CTS
- Proactively suggest performance enhancements for the existing Native HANA and BW/4HANA landscape (DTO, Table/DSO Partitioning, Logging Framework, Data Quality Check Framework, Automated Monitoring, etc.)
