We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Automation (SBPA) Consultant with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing intelligent business process automation solutions using SAP Build Process Automation . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in workflow automation, business rules, forms, approvals, and integration with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) .

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement business process automation solutions using SAP Build Process Automation (SBPA) .
- Build and configure workflows , approval processes , decision logic , and business rules to automate enterprise business processes.
- Design and develop forms and process automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Integrate SAP Build Process Automation with SAP S/4HANA , SAP BTP , and other SAP/non-SAP applications using APIs and business services.
- Consume and expose REST APIs , business services, and SAP standard APIs to enable seamless process integration.
- Configure process triggers, notifications, exception handling, and escalation workflows.
- Monitor automated business processes, analyze execution metrics, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflow performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
- Perform testing, deployment, documentation,



and production support for automated business processes.
- Follow SAP best practices, Agile methodologies, and DevOps processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Build Process Automation (SBPA) .
- Expertise in workflow design, approvals, decision tables, and business rules.
- Experience designing forms and implementing end-to-end business process automation solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Build Process Automation integration with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) .
- Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs , SAP business services, and standard SAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with process monitoring, workflow optimization, exception handling, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of SAP BTP services, authentication, and cloud-based application integration.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
