We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Developer with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RAP development, Clean Core architecture, SAP extensibility, and API integrations with third-party systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable SAP solutions while ensuring adherence to SAP best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop applications using SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA technologies.
Build and enhance applications using the RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
Develop CDS Views, Behavior Definitions, Service Definitions, Service Bindings, and OData Services.
Create and maintain custom SAP objects, technical specifications, unit tests, and support Functional Unit Testing (FUT).
Resolve defects, optimize existing solutions, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
Implement Clean Core principles and SAP-recommended extensibility approaches.
Develop side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP.
Design and develop APIs/interfaces for 3PL and external system integrations.
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integrations.
Translate business requirements into scalable and reliable technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and lead small technical teams.
Mandatory Skills
8–12 years of SAP Technical Development experience.
Solid experience in SAP S/4HANA Implementations.
Hands-on expertise in SAP RAP Development.
Experience with CDS Views, Behavior Definitions, Service Definitions, Service Bindings, and OData Services.
Strong knowledge of SAP BTP Development and Side-by-Side Extensions.
Understanding of Clean Core Architecture and SAP extensibility.
Experience in API Development and integration with external systems/3PL.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience in technical documentation, testing, and production support.
Ability to lead development activities and perform code/design reviews.
Preferred Skills
Experience working on enterprise-scale SAP transformation projects.
Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite and modern SAP integration patterns.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
