Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Migration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Migration/BTP and transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP system migrations, ECC to S/4HANA conversions, SAP HANA upgrades, and cloud migration projects.

This role is focused purely on SAP BASIS MIGRATION and upgrade activities rather than regular SAP BASIS administration or support operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute SAP migration and transformation projects across SAP landscapes.
- Perform ECC to S/4HANA conversion and migration activities.
- Handle SAP HANA database migration and version upgrades.
- Perform migration from older HANA versions to latest HANA versions.
- Execute OS/DB migration and heterogeneous system copy activities.
- Manage migration of SAP systems from On-Premise to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Support SAP BTP migration and integration activities.




- Work on SAP Cloud Connector setup and connectivity during migration projects.
- Perform system refresh, export/import, backup, restore, and cutover activities during migrations.
- Conduct pre-migration assessment, migration planning, and post-migration validation.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, database, and application teams for migration execution.
- Troubleshoot migration-related technical issues and ensure smooth transition with minimal downtime.
- Prepare migration documentation, cutover plans, and technical reports.

Responsibilities

- Execute SAP migration and upgrade projects.
- Perform ECC to S/4HANA conversion activities.
- Handle SAP HANA version upgrades and migrations.
- Work on On-Premise to Cloud migration projects.
- Perform system copy, refresh, export/import, and cutover activities.
- Support SAP BTP migration and connectivity setup.
- Coordinate with infrastructure and cloud teams during migration activities.
- Troubleshoot migration-related issues and ensure successful project delivery.

Preferred Experience

- Minimum 5.5+ years of relevant SAP Migration/BTP experience.
- Solid experience in SAP transformation projects.
- Experience with large SAP landscapes is preferred.
- SAP certified candidates are an added advantage.
