Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Consultant to join our energetic team, focusing on the seamless operation and optimization of our enterprise-grade SAP landscapes. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration, performance tuning, and security of complex SAP environments, with a primary focus on S/4 HANA migrations and upgrades.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure high availability and system stability. By proactively managing the health of our infrastructure, you will directly impact business continuity and enable our users to leverage real-time data insights, ultimately driving operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and execute S/4 HANA migrations and system upgrades to ensure minimal downtime and high performance for critical business processes.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive tuning strategies to optimize resource utilization and improve user experience across the global landscape.
- Manage complex SAP landscapes, including installation, configuration, and patching, to maintain a secure and compliant environment for internal stakeholders.




- Troubleshoot intricate technical issues and provide root cause analysis to prevent recurring outages and maintain high service level agreements.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to manage database administration and ensure seamless integration between SAP applications and underlying hardware or cloud platforms.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing SAP Basis operations, specifically within S/4 HANA environments, including deep knowledge of HANA database administration and migration methodologies.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions while communicating effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business partners.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capability to diagnose system bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration in a distributed, remote-first work culture across multiple time zones.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of continuous learning in evolving SAP technologies.
- Adaptability to thrive in a flexible work environment, maintaining high productivity and self-discipline while working remotely from any location in India.
