We are looking for SAP BASIS Consultants with robust AMS / Production Support experience to join an enterprise support project. Candidates should have hands-on experience in SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, and BASIS administration activities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain SAP production systems
- Handle incidents, tickets, and troubleshooting activities
- Support transport management and system health checks
- Work with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
- Ensure SLA adherence in support operations
