Main responsibilities

- Optimizing, monitoring, and configuring all SAP environments - Development, Consolidation, Preproduction and Production systems in line with business requirements for any SAP product.
- Ability to meet Incident SLA's and activities deadlines.
- Execute proactively and in a regular basis monitoring to prevent big issues in SAP landscape, anticipating basis actions to avoid future issues. System Checklist execution to detect recurrent issues and escalations if requires.
- Ability to implement changes to the SAP environment in a structured approach using change control processes that minimizes risk and ensures high system availability and performance for each of the SAP systems.
- SAP Archiving maintenance, SAP Content repository management of Archiving Objects in SAP. Certificates renewals.
- Interact with customers and vendors to maintain operating condition at optimum level,



coordinating and prioritizing incidents on Incident Management Tool, providing regular updates and resolution.
- Ability to understand Authorizations concept in ABAP, JAVA and SAP BTP systems.
- Update the documentation based in new requirements or resolutions.
- Implement Basic configuration in BAU and Project mode like RFCs, ALE, SMICM, Audit, SMTP, parameters, channel modifications in PI/PO, etc.
- Manage OSS users, remote connections, development keys, etc in SAP Marketplace Portal.
- Execute System Refresh activities in SAP systems using DSM tool if it is required.
- Client Management. Opening and closing, client copies or deletions executions.
- Be capable to fix job execution issues and schedule standard jobs in SAP system. Job Management.
- SAP Printing Management.

About you

Experience:

- 6+ years work experience on SAP Basis, including similar technical platform management activities.
- Expertise on SAP architecture, components, and SAP basis (hands-on).
- General expertise in IT infrastructure technologies (SQL, Hana, Oracle DB, Servers, OS…) and Cloud services (AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge in SAP performance optimization (Basis, Work processes Management, Hana, SQL statements, etc.).
- General expertise with Integration technologies (ALE/RFC/Idocs, Webservices, OData, Tibco, Informatica, RFC/IDOC…).
- Significant experience in IT service management and tools (ITIL, ServiceNow, Solman).




- Ability to manage multiple and parallel SAP platform lifecycles.
- At ease with Microsoft Office tools, and in general with IS tools.
- Solid technology expertise in SAP technology and integrated tools. Proven successful experience in SAP ERP production (ECC6, S4 Hana), related landscape and lifecycle (migration, new module implementation, etc…).
- Experience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management.
- Can communicate solutions, ideas, suggestions to a variety of stakeholders effectively and comprehensibly.
- Deep understanding of Application and technology Architecture.
- Knowledge of technological trends
