Role Description The SAP B1 Functional Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The consultant will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design SAP Business One configurations that align with operational and financial needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting functional specifications, leading workshops and user trainings, supporting implementations and upgrades, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

The role also involves testing configurations, troubleshooting functional issues, preparing user documentation, and providing ongoing post-implementation support to enhance system adoption and performance.



The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve processes and ensure that SAP B1 solutions contribute to business efficiency and growth. Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid analytical skills for requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills for client interaction, documentation, and user training.

Candidates should possess solid understanding of business processes across areas such as sales, purchasing, inventory, and operations.

Candidates should possess consulting skills to manage stakeholder expectations, recommend best practices, and drive change adoption.

Candidates should possess finance knowledge related to accounting, budgeting, and reporting within an ERP environment.

Hands-on experience with SAP Business One functional configuration and implementation is highly preferred.

Relevant academic background in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Engineering is beneficial.

Ability to work independently and in teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in ERP consulting or implementation, particularly in SMB or mid-market organizations, is an advantage.
