Description

- This role ensures successful implementation and adoption of SAP Ariba Network capabilities, covering end-to-end supplier collaboration from Purchase Order (PO) management to Invoice management, based on the rollout toolkit and global templates.
- Resource should have worked on support projects.
- The role focuses on technical implementation, supplier enablement, invoice automation, integration with SAP backend, and stabilization support.
- Main Accountabilities
- Ariba Network Configuration: Commerce Automation (PO, order confirmation, ASN, invoicing).
- Supplier Enablement: onboarding waves, Light vs Full enablement, supplier readiness.
- Invoice Automation: PO-based / Non-PO invoices, validation rules, exception handling.
- Integration: Ensure consistency with SAP S/4HANA (MM/FI), interface monitoring and issue resolution.
- Testing: Support SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect resolution.
- Deployment & Hypercare: rollout execution and stabilization support.

Profile Requirements

- Experience: 7–10 years SAP Ariba Network implementation experience.
- Systems:



SAP Ariba Network, SAP S/4HANA (MM / FI),
- Core Technical Skills:
- • Ariba Network Configuration (Commerce Automation, invoicing, supplier collaboration)
- • Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) setup and troubleshooting
- • SAP IDoc and Proxy monitoring (ORDERS, INVOIC, ASN)
- • cXML integration flows and mapping
- • EDI integration concepts and middleware understanding
- • Tax configuration understanding (GST, ABN constraints for Australia)
- • Invoice validation rules and exception workflows
- • VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) integration basics
- • Testing tools and defect management (JIRA, Solution Manager if applicable)

Technical Plus:

Role Positioning

- Focus: Ariba Network implementation, integration, and invoice automation.
- Not in scope: Global design authority or program governance.
- Works with: Procurement, IT, Integration teams, Finance (AP), suppliers.
