Reliance Power Limited is looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join its Digital & IT team. The role involves technical development, enhancement, and support of SAP applications across business functions, with significant exposure to SAP HCM and integration with other SAP modules including MM and FICO.The ideal candidate should possess strong ABAP development skills, experience working with SAP technical objects, and the ability to collaborate with functional teams to deliver effective business solutions.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Development.

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Development.

- SAP ABAP Certification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, enhance, test, and maintain SAP ABAP programs and applications across SAP modules, with significant involvement in SAP HCM.

- Develop technical solutions using ABAP, ABAP Objects, BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Enhancements, ALE/EDI, IDOCs, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts, Module Pool Programming, and BDC.

- Support SAP HCM applications, including Employee Self Service (ESS),



while contributing to developments in MM, FICO, and other business modules.

- Work closely with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.

- Coordinate with SAP AMS partners for application enhancements, issue resolution, and production support.

- Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP and external applications.

- Prepare technical specifications, design documents, unit test cases, test plans, and other development documentation.

- Support SAP OSS Note implementation and troubleshoot technical issues.

- Participate in SAP enhancement, implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects.

- Monitor assigned development activities and ensure timely delivery while adhering to quality standards.
