Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sr.SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in the HR and Payroll domain to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in ABAP development, robust debugging skills, and the ability to independently handle complex technical challenges in enterprise SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance SAP applications usingABAP (HR module).

- Work extensively onObject-Oriented ABAP, interfaces, reports, and enhancements.

- Develop and implement solutions usingEnhancement Framework, BADIs, Interactive Reporting, and OOPS concepts.

- Create and maintainGlobal Classes and Methods based on business and client requirements.

- Provide strong technical expertise inSAP HR and Payroll, including payroll processing and related objects.

- Performadvanced debugging and root-cause analysis to resolve complex technical issues.

- Write, review, and validatetechnical specifications and design documents.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.





- Independently manage critical issues and deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines.

- Ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of overall experience in software development with strong focus onSAP ABAP (HR module).

- Hands-on expertise in:

- Object-Oriented ABAP

- Interface Programming

- Reports, Enhancements, BADIs

- Strong domain knowledge inSAP HR and Payroll.

- Working knowledge ofSAP HANA andSAP BTP framework.

- Proven experience in writingtechnical specifications and design documentation.

- Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education:Graduate / Post-Graduate

- (BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech).

- 5+ years of relevant SAP ABAP development experience (HR/Payroll focus preferred).
