Role Description The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, ensuring smooth appointment flow, and maintaining high service standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Delhi and includes supervising staff, managing schedules, and coordinating training to uphold salon quality and consistency.

The Salon

Manager will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and promote a welcoming atmosphere that supports repeat business and client referrals. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory,



supporting marketing initiatives, implementing service policies, and assisting with basic administrative tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in cosmetology and hair care, with an understanding of nail and beauty services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Experience in hiring, training, and supervising salon or retail staff.
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory, and basic administrative tasks.
- Prior experience in a salon, spa, or beauty services environment is preferred.
- Ability to work full time on-site in New Delhi and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene, safety, and quality standards in beauty services.
