Role Description This full-time, on-site Salesperson role at Interasia Lines Ltd is based in Mumbai. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and approaching prospective customers, presenting company services, and building long-term business relationships in the shipping and logistics sector. Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing and delivering proposals and quotations, negotiating commercial terms within company guidelines, and following up to close deals.

The role involves coordinating with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure accurate bookings and timely issue resolution, maintaining records in CRM or sales tools, and providing regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, understand their requirements, and build trust-based relationships.

Candidates should possess basic analytical and numerical skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and prepare reports.

Candidates should possess proficiency in standard office software and CRM tools to maintain accurate records and support sales processes.

Previous sales experience in shipping, logistics, or related industries is highly beneficial.

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
