A.Customer Service

- Welcome and greet customers politely when they enter the outlet.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable sweets, snacks, and food products.

- Provide accurate information about products, ingredients, prices, offers, and availability.

- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

- Ensure a positive and pleasant customer experience.

- Assist customers with product selection based on their preferences and requirements.

- Thank customers after completing their purchase.

B.

Product

Handling & Display

- Ensure products are properly arranged and displayed in the designated areas.

- Maintain attractive and hygienic product displays.

- Check product labels, prices, packaging, and expiry dates regularly.

- Follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) method wherever applicable.

- Ensure products are handled carefully to avoid damage, contamination, or wastage.

- Report damaged, expired, or low-stock products to the Outlet Supervisor.

- Refill products and display counters as required.

C.

Order

Taking & Packing

- Accurately take customer orders and confirm the required quantity and product details.

- Pack sweets and other products neatly and hygienically.

- Ensure the correct quantity and product are packed as per the customer's order.

- Handle special and bulk orders carefully.

- Coordinate with the kitchen, packing, and production teams for product availability.

- Ensure takeaway and gift packs are properly packed and labelled.

D. Billing & Cash Counter Support

- Coordinate with the cashier for accurate billing and order processing.

- Verify the products and quantities before handing them over to customers.

- Assist in resolving billing-related customer queries.

- Follow company procedures for cash, credit, UPI, card, and other payment methods when assigned.

- Maintain accuracy while handling customer orders and payments.





- Immediately report any billing discrepancies to the supervisor.

E. Hygiene & Food Safety

- Maintain personal hygiene and wear the required uniform, gloves, cap, or other protective equipment.

- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards prescribed by the company.

- Ensure the sales counter and surrounding area are clean and hygienic.

- Avoid direct handling of food products without proper hygiene practices.

- Follow company SOPs and food safety procedures.

- Report any hygiene or food safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.

F. Stock & Inventory Support

- Assist in checking stock availability at the outlet.

- Inform the supervisor about fast-moving and slow-moving products.

- Report low-stock items to ensure timely replenishment.

- Assist with physical stock verification when required.

- Ensure products are stored and arranged properly.

- Minimize product wastage and damage.

G.

Outlet

Operations

- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the sales area.

- Support the Outlet Supervisor in daily outlet operations.

- Follow opening and closing procedures as instructed.

- Ensure shelves, display counters, refrigerators, and other assigned areas are properly maintained.

- Support the team during peak hours, festivals, weekends, and special occasions.

- Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Supervisor or Store Manager.

H.

Customer Complaint

Handling

- Listen carefully to customer complaints and understand the issue.

- Respond politely and professionally.

- Resolve basic customer concerns within the authority provided.

- Escalate responsible complaints to the Outlet Supervisor or Store Manager.

- Maintain a positive attitude even in difficult customer situations.

- Never argue or behave rudely with customers.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
