We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Trainer who can combine technical expertise with effective teaching skills. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, helping learners understand Salesforce concepts, and preparing them for real-world project scenarios.

Responsibilities: Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Salesforce (Admin & Developer topics)

Design and develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments

Provide hands-on training on real-time scenarios including configuration, customization, and automation

Guide students on Salesforce concepts such as Data Modeling, Security, Automation, and Apex, LWC, Integration

Assist learners in building projects, case studies, and practical implementations

Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, and mock interviews

Provide mentorship and career guidance to students

Stay updated with latest Salesforce releases and features

Collaborate with internal teams to align training with industry requirements

Support students in certification preparation





Maintain training documentation and progress reports Requirements: 3–5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Trainer or Salesforce Developer/Admin

Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)

Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)

Good understanding of Salesforce configuration: Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Workflows, Flows

Experience with Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and data management

Familiarity with Reports & Dashboards

Understanding of deployment tools and CI/CD (Change Sets, Copado)

Knowledge of version control systems like Git

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners

Experience in delivering classroom and online training sessions Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I) preferred
