Salary Range: ₹20–24 LPA (Max) Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions across enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will possess solid hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, and integrations, along with the ability to lead teams and deliver scalable, high-quality CRM solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules
- Architect scalable and secure solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system performance
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools




- Manage deployments using CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps processes
- Ensure data security, compliance, and platform scalability
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6–8 years of IT experience with strong Salesforce development background
- Hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft preferred)
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
- Experience with SOQL/SOSL and performance optimization
- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, DevOps tools)
- Experience working with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

- Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application/System Architect preferred)
- Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
