We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with 10–15 years of Salesforce experience to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions. You will serve as the technical leader for an Agile scrum team, collaborating with product owners, business stakeholders, and global teams to deliver high-quality solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Servic e.The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, integrations (REST/SOAP), Salesforce security, data modeling, and CI/CD. You will provide technical leadership, perform solution design, mentor developers, ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, and oversee code quality, deployments,



and production suppor t.

Required Qualifications:

- 10–15 years of Salesforce development and architecture experience
- Robust hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, integrations, Git, VS Code, and DevOps practices
- Experience leading Agile delivery teams and collaborating with global stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory) plus one or more Architect certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect (CTA). PD II, Administrator, and JavaScript Developer I certifications are preferred.
- Willingness to work from Hyderabad with overlap to US business hours when required.
