Position: Solution Architect / Lead – Salesforce

Location: Pune

We are seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect & Technical Leader who will serve as both a hands-on Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) and the offshore leader responsible for end-to-end solution delivery. This role owns execution excellence, architectural integrity, AI-driven innovation, and team leadership across Salesforce programs, while driving the transition from vendor-led delivery models to a scalable internal delivery organization.

The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce multi-cloud expertise, strong Agile delivery leadership, and hands-on experience with Agentforce, agentic workflows, and AI-powered automation, along with the ability to manage and mentor offshore teams delivering complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.

Job Responsibilities

- Establish and lead the ACSII Salesforce team, ensuring the right technical skills, collaboration, and delivery standards are in place.
- Design and oversee Salesforce architecture FOR Salesforce multi-cloud platform including integrations and data model.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and technical roadmaps.
- Lead technical design reviews and ensure solutions follow best practices, security, and governance standards.
- Manage integration between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware platforms.
- Mentor teams on Salesforce best practices and Agile delivery and deployment of Salesforce capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with U.S. based technology leaders, product managers and architects.

Delivery Execution
- Act as the primary offshore point of accountability for Salesforce delivery.
- Contribute to the modernization of the ACS Membership Platform and related digital platforms.
- Lead the structured transition of Salesforce delivery from external vendors to internal offshore teams.
- Define and execute knowledge transfer plans, documentation standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).




- Lead architecture strategy for low-code/no-code solutions, Agentforce-based automation, Agentic workflows and conversational experiences and AI-powered workflows
- Translate business and functional requirements into delivery milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proactively manage delivery risks, cross-team dependencies, and issue resolution.

Technical Expertise
- Strong experience with Salesforce Ecosystem: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce / AI capabilities, Lightning Platform, Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem
- Architecture & Integration: API-led architecture, MuleSoft, REST / GraphQL APIs, Event driven architecture, Microservices architecture, Cloud-native design patterns
- Cloud & Contemporary Platforms: AWS, DevOps / CI/CD, Containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), CIAM (SSO, OAuth, SAML)
- Data & Analytics: Enterprise data architecture, data integration and pipelines, Customer data platforms (CDP), Data governance frameworks
- AI, Automation & Platform Services- Agentforce implementation and governance, Agentic workflows and conversational automation, AI-powered decisioning and productivity automation, Low-code / no-code automation (Flows, orchestration)

Job Requirements

- 12+ years of IT delivery and solution leadership experience, with 4–6 years focused on Salesforce delivery.
- Strong hands-on understanding of Salesforce multi-cloud architecture, configuration, customization, and integration patterns.
- Experience leading technical teams and establishing architecture standards.
- Proven experience leading Agile delivery teams, sprint execution, and release management.
- Experience supporting modernization, cloud transformation, or portal migration programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills in a global delivery environment.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Architect, Agentforce Specialist, and/or Scrum Master are a plus.
