Salesforce Solution Architect – Lifesciences Qualifications

10+ years in consulting or industry delivering CRM/engagement platforms for life sciences

7+ years leading Salesforce programs, including 3+ full lifecycle implementations as program/delivery lead

Solid understanding of operations: field force management, call planning, sample management, territory alignment, approved email, CLM, and workflows

Demonstrated ability to navigate both the functional and technical aspects of a CRM engagement

Experience producing and maintaining solution documentation used by technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience supporting Agile delivery teams and driving implementation through requirements, build, test, and release

Experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF) and integrations, and defining and implementing data migrations





Experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform Responsibilities

Lead complex Salesforce transformations for clients across commercial, patient services, and field excellence

Responsible for end-to-end solution design and architectural leadership for CRM engagements

Shape business strategy, lead requirements and process design, and guide cross-functional teams through delivery and adoption

Map functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality

Contribute to platform modernization strategy and migration planning

Design and build detailed technical cloud CRM solutions Design and develop sophisticated customizations using Salesforce and Force.com
