: We're looking for a Salesforce Pre-Sales Consultant to work closely with our sales and delivery teams to drive client engagements from chance through to a signed statement of work. You'll be the bridge between what the client needs and what we can deliver - translating business problems into Salesforce-powered solutions, running demos, building POCs, and helping shape proposals that win.

- 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with meaningful exposure to at least two clouds (e.g., Sales + Service, CPQ + Revenue Cloud, FSL + Service Cloud).
- A strong understanding of Salesforce's declarative and programmatic capabilities - Flows, configuration, data model design, and integration patterns.
- Prior experience in a client-facing pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis role within a Salesforce SI or consulting firm.
- Ability to run a compelling demo,



think on your feet during client conversations, and translate ambiguous requirements into structured documentation.
- Comfort with estimation - you can break down a solution into workstreams, assign effort, and defend the numbers.
- Strong written and verbal communication; you'll be drafting client-facing emails, solution docs, and presentation decks regularly.

Nice to Have

- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Consultant, or any advanced specialization).
- Experience with Revenue Cloud (RLM), CPQ, or Field Service Lightning specifically.
- Familiarity with AppExchange products or custom app development on the Salesforce platform.
- Exposure to multi-region or multi-subsidiary client environments.
