We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Tech Lead to lead the architecture, governance, and technical delivery of enterprise-scale SFMC solutions across a complex multi-region transformation programme.The ideal candidate will own SFMC standards, architecture, pattern governance, and release readiness, while ensuring scalable, compliant, and business-aligned customer engagement solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem.This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, customer journey orchestration, data integration, release governance, and enterprise delivery leadership, with the ability to guide teams through both accelerated implementation phases and downstream delivery activities.

- Robust experience designing enterprise-scale SFMC architecture and delivery frameworks.
- Proven experience defining:
- Customer engagement architectures
- Consent and preference management
- Identity stitching models
- Journey orchestration patterns
- Experience with:
- Salesforce ecosystem integrations
- APIs and middleware
- CRM and Service Cloud connectivity
- Enterprise data platforms
- Strong release governance and deployment management experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation programmes with distributed delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Desirable:

- Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Exposure to enterprise customer engagement programmes within Retail, BFSI, or large-scale service operations.
- Experience with:
- CDP/customer data architecture
- Multi-region delivery models
- Consent governance frameworks
- Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
- Marketing Cloud Developer
