Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with experience in designing, developing, and implementing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven marketing solutions that enhance customer engagement and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Build and manage customer journeys, email campaigns, automation workflows, and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other enterprise applications using APIs and data integrations.
- Develop and customize solutions using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Optimize campaign performance through data analysis, testing, and reporting.
- Maintain and enhance existing Marketing Cloud solutions to improve functionality and user experience.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and best practices.




- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform reliability and performance.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical discussions and solution design.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Hands-on experience with:

- Journey Builder

- Email Studio

- Automation Studio

- Contact Builder

- Audience Builder (if applicable)
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), HTML, and CSS.
- Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, audience segmentation, and marketing automation.
- Knowledge of data management, reporting, and campaign performance optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Consultant Certification.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization, Data Cloud, or Interaction Studio.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with CRM integrations and enterprise marketing ecosystems.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Experience: 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 15 years of full time education.
