CompileInfy Technology Solutions is looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Salesforce products and solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to drive Salesforce initiatives, maximize platform value, and deliver scalable CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills

- 6–10 years of overall experience with at least 4+ years in Salesforce Product Management, Business Analysis, or Salesforce Consulting.
- Strong expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (preferred).
- Experience defining product vision, roadmap, and release planning.
- Strong stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and business analysis skills.
- Experience creating user stories, managing product backlogs,



and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on experience managing Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and platform optimization.
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform security, scalability, integrations, and governance.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and third-party applications.
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Product Owner Certifications.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Consultant Certifications.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, and AI-driven CRM capabilities.
- Exposure to CRM modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification is an added advantage.
