Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Python, and Java to design, implement, integrate, and optimize enterprise-scale marketing automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in marketing technology consulting, customer journey implementation, API integrations, campaign automation, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Configure and manage Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, and Mobile Studio.
- Build customer journeys, segmentation strategies, personalization, and campaign automation.
- Design and administer HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM workflows, pipelines, and dashboards.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and Microservices.
- Build automation and data processing solutions using Python and Java (Spring Boot preferred).
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot with CRM, ERP, CDP, Data Lake, and third-party applications.
- Develop customer data models, data extensions, and segmentation strategies.
- Implement data governance, deduplication, and data quality processes.
- Support campaign analytics, reporting, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

- 8–12 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.




- Minimum 3 years of HubSpot experience.

- Strong programming skills in Python and Java (Spring Boot preferred).
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, Webhooks, and Microservices.
- Knowledge of ETL, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, CRM Data Management, and Marketing Analytics.
- Familiarity with Git, Jira, Confluence, Postman, and CI/CD tools.

Education
