? We're Hiring | Salesforce IT Program /Delivery Manager - Sr. Manager

? Location: Chennai (Ambattur Industrial Estate)

We are looking for a Senior Manager – IT Program to lead Enterprise Applications, ERP, Sales & Field Service applications while partnering with business leaders to drive strategic IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead IT programs across Sales, Field Services, Commercial, HR and Finance
- Drive ERP and Enterprise Application development, implementation and support
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact technology solutions
- Manage vendors, project budgets, delivery timelines and quality
- Lead DevOps, application support, upgrades and cloud cost optimization
- Drive business process improvements, change management and digital transformation

Required Skills:

- 12–15 years of experience in IT Program Management / IT Service Delivery
- Strong experience in ERP & Enterprise Applications
- Exposure to Salesforce, Tableau,



DevOps and Cloud technologies
- Expertise in Vendor Management, Project Delivery, Data Migration and System Integration
- Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience in Manufacturing is mandatory. Exposure to Medical Devices, Healthcare or Life Sciences will be an added advantage.

? Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering (Lean/Six Sigma certification is desirable)
