(JD): Salesforce DevOps Engineer (Copado / Flosum / Release Management) Job Title: Salesforce DevOps Engineer Experience: 5+ Years Location: PAN India/ Hybrid / Remote Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Copado, Flosum, and Salesforce Release Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Salesforce CI/CD pipelines, release processes, environment strategy, version control, and deployment automation to ensure high-quality and efficient Salesforce application delivery.

Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce DevOps processes using Copado and/or Flosum.

Manage end-to-end Salesforce release lifecycle, including planning, deployment, and post-release support.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce developments across multiple environments.

Coordinate releases among Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.

Manage Git branching strategies, merge processes, and version control best practices.

Automate deployments and validations using Copado, Flosum, Salesforce DX, and related tools.

Monitor release metrics and continuously improve deployment success rates.

Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders.

Ensure governance, compliance, and audit requirements are met for deployments.

Support rollback planning, hotfix deployments, and production issue resolution.

Conduct release readiness reviews and deployment planning meetings.

Manage environment refreshes, data migration activities, and release documentation.

Required Skills Salesforce

Strong experience with Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).

Good understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Metadata.





Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX). DevOps & Release Management

Hands-on experience with Copado and/or Flosum.

Expertise in CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.

Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps.

Knowledge of branching strategies such as GitFlow and feature branching.

Strong understanding of release management frameworks and deployment governance.
