We are looking for a Salesforce Analyst with 2+ years of hands-on experience to support and enhance Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate should have experience in Salesforce development, configuration, production support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards.

Build and customize Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.

Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver Salesforce enhancements.

Support integrations using REST APIs and Platform Events.

Participate in code reviews, deployments, and release management activities.





Develop unit test classes and maintain Salesforce code coverage standards.

Follow Salesforce development best practices, governance, and coding standards.

Required Skills

2+ years of Salesforce development experience.

Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Robust knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

Understanding of Salesforce security concepts including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Sharing Rules.

Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and bulkification best practices.

Experience with REST API integrations and Salesforce deployment processes.

Familiarity with Git/version control and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.

Experience working on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
