Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support and enhance a Guidewire for Salesforce solution. The ideal candidate will be a strong Salesforce platform developer capable of designing and building scalable FSC-based solutions while collaborating with Guidewire teams to enable seamless integration with Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire ClaimCenter .

This role is primarily focused on Salesforce development and configuration. While hands-on integration development is not the primary responsibility, the candidate must understand Guidewire data models, business processes, and integration touchpoints to effectively support end-to-end insurance workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Build and customize Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Validation Rules, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Configure FSC features including householding, relationship mapping, financial accounts, referrals, and client management processes.
- Collaborate with Guidewire teams to support integrations between Salesforce FSC and Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure data consistency and synchronization across Salesforce and Guidewire platforms.
- Participate in technical design discussions and recommend best practices for FSC implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and Guidewire interaction points.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment artifacts.
- Support testing, deployment,



and post-production activities.

Required Skills

Salesforce Expertise

- 5-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) .

Proficiency in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows
- SOQL/SOSL
- Platform Events
- Custom Objects and Metadata
- Security and Sharing Models

Guidewire Knowledge

Positive understanding of

- Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Guidewire ClaimCenter
- Insurance policy lifecycle and claims processes
- Ability to understand and work with Guidewire integration touchpoints and data exchanges.

Integration Awareness

- Understanding of integration patterns involving Salesforce and Guidewire.
- Ability to collaborate with integration teams and troubleshoot cross-platform issues.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and middleware concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accreditation/Certification.
- Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of Insurance customer onboarding, policy servicing, and claims management processes.

Primary Focus: Salesforce FSC Development Secondary Focus: Collaboration with Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter teams for integrated insurance business processes.
