Job Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions supporting Cotecna's global business operations, CRM workflows, and enterprise automation initiatives.
- Develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce platform best practices.
- Configure and enhance Salesforce objects, custom fields, validation rules, record types, approval processes, Flows, sharing rules, reports, dashboards, profiles, and permission sets.
- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and other internal or third-party platforms using REST APIs, web services, and structured troubleshooting techniques.
- Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, QA engineers, and project stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver enhancements, resolve production issues, and support Agile delivery.
- Perform code reviews, documentation, deployment support, release management, and continuous improvements to ensure a reliable and scalable Salesforce platform.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with solid ownership of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions in enterprise production environments.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, Data Loader, and Salesforce platform development.
- Experience configuring Salesforce automation through Flows, approval processes, validation rules, reports, dashboards,



security models, and permission management.
- Practical experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems, CRM platforms, middleware, or enterprise applications using REST APIs and integration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, debugging, deployment, release management, and Agile software development methodologies.
- Candidates based in Bangalore, Bengaluru, Mysore, Mangalore, Hubli, Chennai, Hyderabad, or Pune are encouraged to apply. The role is based in Bangalore , and candidates willing to relocate are also welcome.
