About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Consultant to join our team. The person will be responsible for testing Salesforce applications, finding bugs, and making sure the final product works smoothly for end users. This role needs strong hands-on experience in manual testing within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Test Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom builds) manually
- Write and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
- Log, track, and report bugs clearly to the development team
- Work closely with business analysts and developers to understand requirements
- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, flows, and customizations




- Ensure quality standards are met before every release
- Participate in sprint planning and testing cycles (Agile/Scrum)

Required Skills:

- 6–8 years of total QA experience, with solid exposure to Salesforce testing
- Strong manual testing skills (no automation dependency required, but a plus)
- Good understanding of Salesforce modules, objects, and workflows
- Experience writing test cases, test plans, and bug reports
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Good communication skills (client-facing role, remote setup)

Good to Have:

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator)
- Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Provar, etc.)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
