Role: Salesforce Core OMS Technical Lead

Working Hours: 12 PM to 9 PM

Key Skill s:

- Lead the design, development, customization, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, prepare technical solutions, and provide effort estimates.
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and oversee data migration and deployment activities using Salesforce CLI (SFDX).
- Conduct code reviews, enforce Salesforce best practices, and ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, mentor developers, and provide technical leadership throughout project execution.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations,



and technical proposals when required.

Required Skills & Experi ence

- 7–12 years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, Salesforce integrations, and Salesforce CLI (SFDX).
- Experience with Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Hands-on experience delivering Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security, deployment, testing, and application architecture.
- Salesforce certifications and an active Trailblazer profile are highly desirable.
