Deep expertise in: Salesforce B2B Commerce Experience Cloud Sales Cloud Service Cloud Commerce Checkout Framework Buyer Groups Product Catalog Management Pricing & Promotions Order Management concepts Strong hands-on experience with: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL/SOSL Flow Automation Platform Events Custom APIs Design integration architecture between Salesforce and enterprise applications such as: SAP Oracle ERP OMS WMS Payment Gateways Tax Engines Middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica) Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, Named Credentials, Event-driven Architecture, and asynchronous processing. Translate business requirements into scalable commerce solutions. Guide development teams on architecture, coding standards, and implementation best practices. Oversee integrations with ERP, OMS, payment systems, and external applications.

Review technical designs and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices. Drive performance optimization, scalability, security, and maintainability initiatives. Mentor developers and technical leads.

Support release planning, deployment strategy, and production readiness reviews. Collaborate with product owners, business teams, architects, and delivery leadership.
