About The Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CDP Architect to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and leading the enterprise-wide Customer 360 and Customer Data Platform architecture initiatives. You will work closely with global clients to design scalable, secure, and efficient data solutions that enable unified customer views and advanced segmentation capabilities.

Your expertise will drive the development of target-state customer data architectures, governance frameworks, and identity resolution strategies that align with organizational goals and compliance standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of data management, cloud platforms, and Salesforce data solutions, capable of managing end-to-end project delivery and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of experience in consulting or related roles involving data architecture and management. Strong proficiency in SQL is essential,



along with hands-on experience with APIs such as REST and SOAP. Candidates should have a solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL/ELT development.

Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is required, as well as familiarity with customer data management and identity stitching techniques.

Experience working with global clients and managing complex projects from inception to delivery is highly desirable. A background in establishing data governance, privacy frameworks, and implementing best practices in data architecture will be advantageous.

Responsibilities Define and architect enterprise-wide Customer 360 and Customer Data Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for global deployments, ensuring scalability and performance.

Develop comprehensive target-state customer data architectures, including data models, data domains, and activation frameworks.

Create and enforce data governance policies, consent management, and privacy frameworks to ensure data security and compliance.

Establish best practices, standards, and reusable assets for data architecture and integration projects.

Design unified customer profiles, identity resolution,



and golden record strategies to facilitate accurate customer insights.

Define real-time and batch processing architectures to support various data ingestion and activation needs.

Architect audience creation, customer segmentation, and activation frameworks to enable targeted marketing and engagement strategies.

Lead architecture workshops, client design sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
