Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce AI Architect to design and deliver AI-powered CRM solutions using the Salesforce AI ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, Generative AI (GenAI), and enterprise AI platforms , with a robust background in solution architecture, AI strategy, and enterprise integrations.

In this role, you will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define AI roadmaps, architect intelligent solutions, and drive innovation across Salesforce-powered business applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and Generative AI capabilities.
- Define scalable AI architecture, reusable design patterns, governance models, and enterprise reference architectures.
- Architect intelligent agents, copilots, conversational AI, and workflow automation solutions to enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI use cases.
- Design integration architecture between Salesforce, Databricks, enterprise data platforms, APIs, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Lead AI innovation workshops, technical discovery sessions, proof of concepts (POCs), and technology evaluations.
- Ensure AI solutions follow enterprise security, governance, scalability, and compliance standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Stay updated with emerging Salesforce AI capabilities and industry best practices.





Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, or AI-enabled Salesforce implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience working with Generative AI (GenAI), LLMs, Copilot, AI Agents, and conversational AI solutions.
- Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms and AI integration patterns.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with Databricks, enterprise data platforms, and external AI services using APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and integration frameworks.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Experience with AI/ML platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, or similar enterprise AI services.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI governance.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to CRM transformation and digital modernization initiatives.
