Role: Salesforce Agentforce Specialist

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring for the position of Salesforce Agentforce Specialist. This role is ideal for professionals with robust Salesforce experience who have hands-on exposure to Agentforce, Salesforce AI, Data Cloud, and AI-driven CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deploy Salesforce Agentforce AI agents using Agent Studio, including Topics, Instructions, and Actions.
- Develop and integrate standard and custom Agent actions using Salesforce Flows, Apex, LWC, and external APIs.
- Design AI-driven workflows and support multi-agent and cross-platform integrations.
- Develop and optimize Prompt Templates using Salesforce Prompt Builder.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques, guardrails, and grounding strategies to improve AI accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Work with Salesforce Data Cloud for data modeling, ingestion, data grounding, and retrieval.
- Configure and optimize Data Cloud Retrievers, including keyword, vector, and hybrid search strategies.
- Manage the Agentforce Data Library to provide relevant business context to AI agents.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting using Agentforce Testing Center and reasoning traces.
- Manage deployment and lifecycle activities across Salesforce Sandbox and Production environments.
- Implement appropriate security,



access controls, and governance using the Einstein Trust Layer.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with organizational security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience as a Salesforce Developer, Administrator, Consultant, or similar role.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with AI-driven Salesforce solutions, preferably Agent force or Einstein Copilot.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agent force / Agent Studio.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, data modeling, data ingestion, and data retrieval.
- Knowledge of Prompt Builder and Prompt Engineering.
- Understanding of LLMs, AI reasoning, guardrails, grounding, and token optimization.
- Experience with RAG, vector search, semantic search, or hybrid search is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, external integrations, Agent APIs, or MCP (Model Context Protocol) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, permissions, deployment, and governance.

Preferred Certifications:

- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist (AI-201) – Highly Preferred / Mandatory
- Salesforce Certified AI Associate
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) or Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
